Ordering Policy

  1. All ordered parts must be paid for in advance
  2. All emergency and special order parts are subject to a minimum $9.95 freight charge.
  3. All parts order must be picked up within 14 days of arrival notice.

Return Policy

  1. Customer has 9 days from date of purchase for returns, exchanges or overcharge refunds. Item must be new, in-box with original receipt. 
  2. NO returns on electrical parts once installed.
  3. All special ordered parts are subject to a minimum 30% return fee.
  4. Credit is issued in the form of payment with a copy of the invoice.
