Status Update from Cazenovia Equipment- May 9th, 2020
These past months have been unprecedented for everyone. No one seems to know what the next step is, but we have been putting forth every effort to operate in manner that continues to serve our customers while keeping them and our staff safe.
It is not without hurdles. We are operating with staffing shortages and higher customer demand while exercising additional and sometimes timely protocols to ensure proper safety.
We ask you for patience with us while we learn these ropes and we hope that you know we are putting forth every effort to give you the best possible customer service. However, this may still mean longer wait times, unforeseen delays and missteps. We apologize for any possible inconveniences during this time.
