We are excited to share the news that Cazenovia Equipment has entered into an agreement to be acquired by Sydenstricker Nobbe Partners. Over the next three months, we will complete business integration and expect to officially close the transaction on May 31st.
SNPartners (SNPartners.com) is a family-owned, full-service John Deere dealer group with 28 existing locations in Missouri and Illinois. The Nobbe family founded the WM Nobbe Co. in 1907 while Sydenstricker Implement was founded in 1944. With over a century-long legacy of serving the agriculture community, they are dedicated to the communities they serve. This acquisition is a strategic move by SNP to leverage scale and experience, provide opportunities for employee development, and add diversity to their customer base.
Once the integration is completed, the CEC business will operate like the current four SNP divisions in Missouri and Illinois. Jared Nobbe will serve as the General Manager, Colton Parchert will be the Director of Sales, and Joe McWilliams will be the Service Director. All three are in the process of relocating to New York.
